A Top Law firm is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join the firm's thriving corporate team in their Denver office.

Description:

• Responsible for structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of commercial transactions.
• Responsible for advising clients on a wide range of corporate compliance and general corporate governance issues.
• Responsible for resolving issues in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, along with cybersecurity issues.

Requirements:

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, Mergers & Acquisitions and related agreements.
• Manage significant portions of complex projects.
• Work directly with clients on substantial transactions.
• Work in collaboration with firm colleagues and communicate with in-house counsel and other professionals.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA accredited school.
• Admitted to practice in Colorado or able to be waived in.
• At least 3 years of general corporate and/or mergers and acquisitions experience.
• Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial attitude, high level of attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication, and exemplary client service skills.
• Team player that thrives in a diverse environment.
