Litigation Paralegal

BBG Construction Law has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal specializing in case management, eDiscovery, and trial experience.

We are seeking someone who is eager to learn and will find it meaningful to work with us in advancing our clients’ cases. Our paralegals play a substantial role in each of our cases and are respected for their ideas and contributions. We have a collaborative, team‑centered culture focused on obtaining excellent results for our clients.

As the newest member of our team, the Litigation Paralegal will be positive, meticulous, diligent, highly motivated, personable, and tech‑savvy. You should be prepared to quickly learn and excel at the following:

• Work cooperatively with attorneys to keep litigation advancing in each case, including taking the initiative to regularly update attorneys on status of cases and quickly alert attorneys to important client and case needs and solutions.
• Show proficiency in Colorado state and federal court procedure and rules, and thoroughly research court rules and procedures in other jurisdictions.
• Track, manage, analyze and organize discovery, docket court and other deadlines, and client records to proactively anticipate needs.
• Draft responses to pleadings and discovery requests, prepare complete and compelling timelines and demonstrative exhibits that persuasively capture the “story” of the case.
• Prepare for and attend trial including compiling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, preparing and issuing trial subpoenas, preparing and managing exhibits, and tracking responses during voir dire.

We’re looking for candidates with:

• 5+ years of experience in litigation defense and trial experience.
• Experience with ESI and eDiscovery platforms and a tech‑savvy attitude toward learning new technologies and processes.
• Commitment to high‑quality work product and case management.

• Pay Range: $75,000–$100,000 based on experience
