Bilingual Health Coach

We are seeking a Certified Health Coach who is bilingual in Spanish and English, with native or near-native Spanish fluency, to support participants enrolled in a 6-month lifestyle medicine series using Whole Health Partners’ curriculum. This role focuses on relationship-based coaching, cultural responsiveness, and continuity of care in collaboration with nurse practitioners and other providers.

• Coach alongside a five-session live lifestyle medicine class series (Spanish and/or bilingual)
• Provide ongoing participant support through secure text messaging and virtual coaching calls
• Communicate with nurse practitioners and other providers to support continuity of care
• Deliver coaching that is culturally responsive and linguistically appropriate
• Maintain documentation in accordance with program guidelines
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Perform other related duties as mutually agreed upon with the Contractor

Required:

• Current health coach certification
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (native or near-native Spanish strongly preferred)
• Experience supporting adults with behavior change, lifestyle modification, or wellness
• Comfort working in virtual and community-based settings

Preferred:

• National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) certification
  
  Experience working alongside clinical teams or in healthcare-adjacent roles
• Familiarity with lifestyle medicine principles
