As a Senior Account Manager on the commercial insurance construction team, you will independently analyze client coverage, recommend needs, and introduce new lines of coverage. You will be a trusted resource, mentor, and leader for colleagues, maintaining strong relationships with clients and carrier representatives while supporting Producers and Account Executives on larger or complex accounts.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training
• Five years of relevant insurance industry experience
• Life and health insurance license
• Strong client‑relation skills; excellent communication, service orientation, and tactfulness
• Leadership skills: direction, constructive feedback, training, and motivation for team success
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Occasional travel, including overnight stays

• Advanced degree
• Certification or designation
• Experience with Requests for Proposal
