As a Business Applications ERP Intern, you will provide insight, thought leadership, and work with a team of Lead and Functional consultants as you implement modules & optimize Net Suite for the Eide Bailly client base. The Optimization Consultant will assist in the engagements to which they have been assigned – providing business consulting, technical and functional consulting, developing deliverables, outlining future optimization needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and other responsibilities as assigned.

The role also will identify optimization opportunities, and expand industry expertise and knowledge.

• Perform full Net Suite ERP optimization projects, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel; provide client training (on‑site and/or web‑based) as needed.
• Plan and consult with customers on business process improvements in order to configure the system features/functions to client requirements and needs.
• Manage various engagements concurrently with aggressive timelines, outline optimization objectives, issues, findings, and recommendations in a variety of client situations.
• Work as a team with other consultants to assess client optimization needs, craft innovative solutions and implement these plans to a level that exceeds client expectations.
• Cleanse/import client data and document deliverables and completed activities.
• Provide insight on shaping business and technology direction and strategies for external customers.
• Collaborate with a team of highly motivated consultants, analysts and project managers to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
• Develop detailed, compelling and analytical deliverables to convey complex thoughts and ideas to various stakeholders.
• Be accountable for consistent chargeability levels and for assisting in meeting or exceeding revenue and client satisfaction goals.

• You have a degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or another relevant degree.
• You have a track record of excellent client satisfaction, both internally and externally.
• Outstanding communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening, and influencing others.
• Capability to problem solve and complete independent learning to expand skillset.
