Booyah Advertising is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Search/Social Coordinator to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll play an integral part in executing and optimizing paid search and social campaigns for various clients. You’ll be responsible for campaign implementation, monitoring, analysis, and reporting, while gaining hands-on experience with leading ad platforms and tools. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of digital advertising, including paid search, display, video, and social media, creative analysis, ad copywriting, and more.

- Collaborate closely with the paid search and social teams, particularly search and social senior managers.
- Work with major media platforms like Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, and Google.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of paid campaigns.
- Build, organize and manage Meta/Google campaigns including but not limited to Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen account structures, including keyword, audience, and creative selection.
- Learn and utilize tools such as Campaign Manager 360, Looker Studio, and Excel.
- Aggregate and quality-check data from multiple sources for accurate reporting in Looker Studio and Excel.
- Automate and visualize data for efficient reporting.
- Upload creative assets into ad servers and ensure accurate ad trafficking.
- Send tracking reports to vendors and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Communicate daily with vendors to address campaign statuses or concerns.
- Support media strategists and managers as an additional set of eyes and ears.
- Maintain timely communication with account teams to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Learn and utilize tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, and Go Data Feed .
- Comfortable with data analysis and basic math.
- Aptitude for mastering software programs such as Excel and Looker Studio.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt through hands‑on participation.
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Handle ad trafficking, including creative assignment, landing page setup, and ad copy updates.
- Verify campaign launches and implement ongoing optimizations.
- Ensure precise reporting for paid media campaigns by aggregating and QA’ing data from multiple sources.
- Make campaign updates (e.g., bid changes, creative adjustments, landing page edits) in response to media manager team directives.
- Maintain timely correspondence with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Foster relationships with media vendors to provide strategic insights for the team.
- Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to presentations, graphs, and analyses.
- Master tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager 360.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including trend analysis, pivot tables, and XLOOKUPs.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to quickly learn new software for monitoring and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Rigorous attention to detail and time management—include the phrase "purple pine" at the top of your resume for consideration.
