Role of Salesforce AdminWe are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce platform. This role will focus on improving data quality, configuring and supporting core Salesforce functionality, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure the platform effectively supports business operations.
- Maintain and administer the Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and usability
- Clean, audit, and maintain existing Salesforce data, including deduplication, normalization, and ongoing data hygiene
- Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards
- Manage user setup, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related requests and issues
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and integration partners to support enhancements, integrations, and ongoing maintenance
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
- Support change management, testing, and deployment of new Salesforce features and updates
- Monitor platform usage and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and adoption
- Ensure Salesforce configurations align with business requirements and compliance standards
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data management and best practices
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows/flows, reports, dashboards)
- Experience working with third‑party vendors and managed service providers
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with change management and release processes
