Compensation:
$20 - $24 /hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Tier 1 IT Support to join their team!
Are you ready to dive into the world of IT support with a dynamic team? We're looking for a Tier 1 IT Support Technician to tackle exciting challenges and make a real impact. This role offers the chance to work remotely, solving everyday IT issues and ensuring smooth operations. Join us and be part of a team that values innovation and growth!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:- Provide technical support to users remotely
- Assist with POS systems and pen pad issues
- Resolve network and printer problems
- Log and escalate tickets as needed
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex issues
- Follow documentation for troubleshooting
Experience:
- Basic experience with computers
- CompTIA+ certification or equivalent
- Reliable in logging and escalating tickets Nice to Have
Skills & Experience:- Knowledge of POS systems
- 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance
