Data Analyst, Data Science Manager
TEKsystems is partnering with our client on their Value Based Payments work with the State of Colorado, and we’re looking for a Data Analyst/Dashboard Developer to support the project. The role focuses on running key reports in Databricks and Alteryx and building Power BI dashboards that help track trends, performance, and operational efficiency. If you have solid experience turning complex data into clear, usable insights, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact state initiative.

- Location:
100% remote - Duration: 12-month contract with potential extension
- Job type:
Contract (based out of Denver, CO)
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards based on user requirements
- Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Clean, prepare, and transform data using SQL, Alteryx, Python, and Databricks
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to clarify needs
- Support user stories, requirement reviews, and technical documentation
- Identify opportunities to streamline analytics and reporting processes
- Advanced experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query)
- Advanced experience with Alteryx (workflow automation, data prep)
- Strong SQL skills and intermediate Python skills
- Experience with Medicaid, healthcare, or payer/claims data is required
- Ability to create dashboard mockups and translate business needs into visuals
- Must have worked with Alteryx and Power BI on a Medicaid, healthcare, or payor/claims data project, ideally all within the same position

Expert Level
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
