Dashboard Developer

TEKsystems is partnering with our client on their Value Based Payments work with the State of Colorado, and we’re looking for a Data Analyst/Dashboard Developer to support the project. The role focuses on running key reports in Databricks and Alteryx and building Power BI dashboards that help track trends, performance, and operational efficiency. • Build and enhance Power BI dashboards based on user requirements
• Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows for monthly and quarterly reporting
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Clean, prepare, and transform data using SQL, Alteryx, Python, and Databricks
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to clarify needs
• Support user stories, requirement reviews, and technical documentation
• Identify opportunities to streamline analytics and reporting processes

• Advanced experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query)
• Advanced experience with Alteryx (workflow automation, data prep)
• Strong SQL skills and intermediate Python skills
• Experience with Medicaid, healthcare, or payer/claims data is required
• Ability to create dashboard mockups and translate business needs into visuals
• Must have worked with Alteryx and Power BI on a Medicaid, healthcare, or payor/claims data project, ideally all within the same position

Expert Level

Pay range: $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
