Programmers.io is currently looking for a Lead Data Analyst
Contract Role - Open for W2 or C2C (ONLY USC , H1B , H4 EAD , TN , GC EAD)
Overview:We are seeking a senior analytics leader who can translate complex data into clear insights and influence strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Requirements:- Strong expertise in analytics, data modeling, and insight generation
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience in reporting and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with AI prompting workflows and applied AI use cases
- Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Lead and drive high-impact analytics initiatives
- Deliver actionable insights to support business growth
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
- Establish analytics best practices, standards, and governance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
