Associate Director--Product Management

• Manage and coordinate daily business activities and projects to ensure successful outcomes.
• Hold detailed requirement sessions with stakeholders for project alignment and clarity.
• Foster client communication, working with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Leverage data-driven decision-making to influence product direction and strategies.
• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across various service lines.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to communicate project objectives effectively.
• Define project vision and strategize for digital platforms in the healthcare sector.
• Collaborate with remote teams to meet business objectives and support technology implementations.

• 8+ years in product management with a strategic focus.
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce and development of workflow solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective presentations.
• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration across multiple time zones.
• A solid understanding of software packages for requirements management, such as JIRA or Azure Dev Ops.

• Experience with in the healthcare supply distribution industry.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other software development life cycles.
• Background in digital agency environments is a bonus.
• Ability to adapt and find solutions across diverse technology platforms.
