Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate daily business activities and projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Hold detailed requirement sessions with stakeholders for project alignment and clarity.
- Foster client communication, working with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making to influence product direction and strategies.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across various service lines.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to communicate project objectives effectively.
- Define project vision and strategize for digital platforms in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with remote teams to meet business objectives and support technology implementations.
- 8+ years in product management with a strategic focus.
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce and development of workflow solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective presentations.
- Experience with cross-functional team collaboration across multiple time zones.
- A solid understanding of software packages for requirements management, such as JIRA or Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience with in the healthcare supply distribution industry.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other software development life cycles.
- Background in digital agency environments is a bonus.
- Ability to adapt and find solutions across diverse technology platforms.
