POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Data Product Manager to lead a portion of our Data Product Portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving data and analytics strategies that deliver measurable business value. You will serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between data initiatives and organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned data products aligned with business objectives.
  • Communicate the value proposition of data products across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into actionable data product features.
  • Lead agile teams through the development and delivery of data products.
  • Continuously improve product features based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Organize stakeholder reviews and product demos.
  • Drive the data analytics transformation agenda with a focus on both quantitative and qualitative outcomes.
  • Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint ceremonies.
  • Advocate for user needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure infrastructure reliability and scalability in partnership with technical teams.
  • Collaborate with architecture and solution delivery teams to ensure product designs meet business requirements.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving efforts related to data products.
  • Main deliverables would include:
    • Product Roadmap
    • Business Case Ideation, Discovery, and Development
    • Backlog Prioritization and Sprint Execution
    • User‑Centric Products and Features
    • Project Management Documentation and Governance
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong collaboration skills across all levels of the organization, from C‑suite to individual contributors.
  • Familiarity with engineering and coding pipelines, platform development, and data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to monitor market trends and adapt product requirements accordingly.
  • Deep understanding of modern data architecture in Cloud and Big Data environments.
  • Background in data architecture or analytics platforms.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, or large‑scale implementation.
  • At least 5 years in product management, technical project management, or delivery management within Data/Analytics.
  • Proven experience with agile software product development methodologies.
EDUCATION:

COMPENSATION:

As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 per year.
