Job Title:Principal Integration Consultant - Telecom
Experience:12+ Years
Location:Denver, CO
Work Model:Hybrid / Onsite (4 days per week)
Domain:Telecom - candidate must have telecom domain experience
Responsibilities- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of cloud and on-premise integration solutions.
- Design and deliver cloud-native solutions across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and hybrid environments.
- Translate telecommunications business integration requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead large-scale cloud transformation and system modernization initiatives.
- Implement microservices architecture, Dev Sec Ops practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and implement enterprise integration solutions including data transformation, billing, activation, and provisioning systems.
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven integration solutions using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and RAG concepts.
- Lead complex technology programs including planning, estimation, staffing, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
- Communicate technical solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Support production environments including testing, monitoring, and lifecycle governance.
- Develop reusable integration assets and best practices.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise integration and telecommunications solutions.
- 7+ years leading senior technical engineers or consultants.
- Strong experience in telecom integration including activation, billing, and provisioning platforms.
- Experience working with large enterprise organizations.
- Strong background in software development and cloud-native architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, service meshes, event streaming, caching, and data integrations.
- Experience with data mapping, synchronization, and observability/telemetry solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud networking, security, and compliance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant degree or certifications in Computer Science, Cloud, or related field.
- Ability to work onsite at client office 4 days per week.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience in telecommunications environments and large-scale high-availability systems.
- Experience implementing cloud-native network or data platforms.
- Experience with observability, telemetry, and service mesh technologies.
