QA Engineer II

A client of Insight Global's is seeking a QA Engineer II to support and advance quality engineering across our application teams. This role is well suited for a mid-level QA engineer who brings a strong technical foundation, development experience, and an open, adaptable mindset. You will work hands-on with engineering teams to test modern, AI-enabled systems, support consistent release execution, and help evolve QA practices in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible, and eager to grow alongside a fast-moving organization.

This role is onsite 4x a week in Denver

Pay for this position is $86,000 to $103,000

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Test Engineer, or similar role.
Hands-on software testing experience across the SDLC, supporting structured and reliable releases.
Technical background with prior development experience or strong familiarity working within engineering teams.
Experience testing or supporting AI-driven systems, data-centric applications, or ML-enabled features.
Adaptable mindset with a willingness to evolve processes and avoid rigid or overly prescriptive approaches.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with comfort working closely alongside developers.
