IT QA Tester / Automation, Systems Analyst, Data Analyst
- Strong experience partnering closely with application engineering teams to ensure quality across the full SDLC
- Working knowledge of test automation frameworks and practices, with experience mentoring teams on tooling and approach
- Experience using test management tools such as Practi Test or comparable platforms
- Comfort operating in a 50/50 role balancing hands-on execution with people leadership and cross-team coordination
- Strong understanding of data-driven applications, including validating accuracy, correctness, and reliability of outputs
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, in-person engineering environment
- Exposure to AI-driven systems or applications, particularly testing features built on top of large data sets
- Background in data and analytics, including validating AI- or data-generated responses
- Experience testing applications that use agentic AI, prompts, or AI-powered front ends
This QA Manager will work closely with application engineering teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC. Early on, they will onboard, train, and shadow teams to understand existing workflows, tooling, and quality processes. On a daily basis, they will split time between hands-on testing (manual and automated), managing test execution and reporting, and mentoring engineers on automation frameworks and best practices.
They will act as an on-the-ground QA partner, helping standardize testing approaches across teams, ensuring data accuracy and correctness in complex systems, and collaborating cross-functionally in a highly interactive, in-person environment.
This role is onsite 4x a week in Denver
Pay for this position is $135,000 to $162,000 Annually
