We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a Desktop Support Analyst for our client in Fort Collins, Colorado.
ABOUT THE PROJECTSystematix is supporting a global organization as they prepare for a major Microsoft 365 and identity migration scheduled within the next 60 days. To ensure readiness and operational stability, our client is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support within a Windows enterprise environment. This role requires onsite presence in Fort Collins, Colorado. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day end‑user operations while contributing to migration readiness activities.
ABOUTTHE RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will provide hands‑on desktop and end‑user support across a Windows‑based enterprise environment while assisting with identity and Microsoft 365‑related support activities.
- Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and end‑user issues in a timely manner while meeting established ticket SLAs
- Supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and Share Point
- Managing user accounts, licensing, and basic Microsoft 365 service‑related issues
- Supporting on‑premises Active Directory user accounts and access requests
- Assisting with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) user identity support in a hybrid environment
- Supporting Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint‑related security troubleshooting
- Following established procedures while working independently to resolve technical issues
- Communicating clearly and professionally with end users to ensure a positive support experience
- Proven experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support in a Windows enterprise environment
- Strong hands‑on troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and end‑user issues
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and Share Point
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 accounts, licensing, and access‑related issues
- Working experience with on‑premises Active Directory
- Experience supporting Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) user identities
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Basic understanding of hybrid identity environments combining on‑prem AD and Entra
- Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and meet ticket SLAs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience assisting with Microsoft 365 or Entra t migrations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or endpoint management tools including device enrollment and policy troubleshooting
- Experience performing basic systems administration tasks within Windows Server environments
- Exposure to Group Policy creation or troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Power Shell for basic administrative or troubleshooting tasks
