We're a small, senior team. No layers of management. No hand-holding. You'll work directly with clients and leadership from day one.
The Role

We're hiring an AI Digital Strategist to own client marketing strategy. This is not a traditional strategist role where you spend weeks building decks. You'll use AI tools to draft frameworks, analyze data, and accelerate deliverables - then apply your expertise to refine, quality-check, and push clients toward measurable outcomes.

This role is for someone who wants to move fast and make an impact. We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy environment and can hit the ground running.
What You'll Do

• Own client strategy end-to-end-from discovery through execution planning
• Use AI daily to draft, analyze, and accelerate strategic work (ChatGPT, Claude, custom tools)
• Quality-control AI output-ensuring it fits the client context and actually works
• Consult directly with clients as a trusted advisor, not an order-taker
• Cut through AI hype-help clients understand what's real and what's noise
• Ship work weekly-we move fast and expect consistent delivery

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years in digital marketing strategy (lifecycle marketing, automation, campaigns, Hub Spot a plus)
• Active, hands-on experience using AI tools in professional work - not just curious, actually using them daily
• Strong judgment and quality instincts - AI moves fast, you make sure it's right
• Excellent client communication - you're comfortable leading calls and pushing back when needed
• Ownership mentality - you're accountable for outcomes, not just completing tasks
