As an Accessibility Specialist within PNC’s Accessibility organization, you will be based in Denver, Colorado.

The Accessibility Office is responsible for owning PNC’s enterprise accessibility strategy and supporting execution to ensure that PNC is accessible to employees and customers with disabilities. The office delivers this work through a combination of strategy leadership, operational services, stakeholder engagement, education, and escalation support, partnering across the enterprise to influence and embed accessible practices.

This Accessibility Specialist position plays a critical role in advancing that mission by supporting the Accessibility Office’s core functions and helping translate strategy into consistent, high‑quality outcomes for employees, customers, and business partners.

Job Description
  • Partners with business and HR partners on accessibility standards, process and practices.
  • Works with stakeholders to define project requirements for accessibility initiatives as assigned. Develops and maintains project plans, timelines and milestones to guide accessibility projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitates the gathering of user‑experiences (employee and customer) for individuals with disabilities, and distils the feedback into actionable next steps.
  • Work with a diverse and distributed team in fast paced environment with quick iterative cycles.
  • Supports the creation, development and delivery of training materials, resources and presentations on accessibility.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $37,000.00 — $86,250.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
