Cloud Operations Engineer - Remote in US

A rapidly scaling provider supporting highly regulated government contractors is adding a Cloud Operations Engineer to help meet this rising growth. Here, you’ll work across Office 365, Azure, and secure government cloud environments while helping defense clients achieve full CMMC compliance.

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience spanning technical support, systems administration, and systems engineering, within an MSP or consulting environment
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows, Azure, and Office 365 Migrations
• Ideally you have experience with networking and Microsoft GCC/GCC High
• You consider yourself organized, calm, and a capable communicator with previous experience meeting with stakeholders to define technical needs

• Lead Office 365 migrations, Azure server migrations, and deliver secure cloud solutions for onboarding and remediation projects.
• Implement, configure, and maintain cloud and on-premise environments including monitoring, endpoint security, MFA, and vulnerability tools.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their architecture and guide them through compliance-focused technology changes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot implementation issues and drive tasks to completion.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $110,000 to $150,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
