Paid Media Specialist

We’re partnering with a financial services company in Denver to find a talented Paid Media Specialist. The position provides an excellent opportunity to manage and scale digital advertising efforts supporting independent financial advisors across the U.S.

Paid Media Specialist Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing mainly on Meta (Instagram and Facebook), with expansion into You Tube and Google Ads.
• Optimize campaigns to generate qualified meetings for financial advisors.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performances, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure effectiveness.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve lead quality and advertising efficiency.
• Communicate campaign insights and performance metrics clearly to internal stakeholders.

Paid Media Specialist

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns, with a focus on Meta.
• Proven success in driving lead generation through paid campaigns.
• Experience with You Tube Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Strong skills in campaign optimization and A/B testing.
• Attention to detail with high standards for quality and compliance.
• Comfortable managing smaller monthly budgets (~$2,500 per advisor).
• Excellent communicator capable of explaining performance data clearly.
• Self-driven with an ownership mindset.
