- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management practices
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
- 3 - 5 years in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
- Experience with IVR or chatbot technologies
- Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
