TEKsystems has a contract need for an SAP Success Factors Project Manager located in the Denver market. This role requires 4 days onsite at the Denver office with flexible work‑from‑home options. The Senior Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a strategic HR transformation project in which the client is implementing SAP Success Factors with an external implementation partner, managing vendor relationships and coordinating across complex business and technical environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a large, cross‑functional SAP Success Factors implementation to meet defined business objectives and value targets.
  • Provide direction, leadership, and inspiration to project team members across HR, IT, business operations, and the vendor implementation team.
  • Serve as the primary driver of project execution, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain project transparency and alignment with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage the external implementation vendor responsible for deploying SAP Success Factors, ensuring contractual commitments, project timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate across internal business owners (HR, IT, Operations), technical teams, and the vendor to ensure requirements, integrations, and configurations meet the client's needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the vendor and internal IT, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance standards.
  • Lead stakeholder discussions to scope, estimate, prioritize, and plan phases of the Success Factors project.
  • Drive all aspects of project planning and execution, including scope definition, functional acceptance criteria, implementation milestones, schedule and resource plans, budget development, risk and issue identification, mitigation, and resolution, cross‑team communications, executive reporting, and organizational readiness, training planning, and change adoption.
  • Coordinate matrixed teams consisting of internal employees, contractors, and third‑party vendor resources.
  • Oversee requirements gathering, solution design sessions, configuration validation, integrations, testing cycles (UAT, SIT), cutover planning, and go‑live readiness for Success Factors modules.
  • Ensure alignment between SAP Success Factors deployment choices and the broader enterprise HR/IT landscape.
  • Support the development of training materials, communication plans, and change‑management activities for a smooth adoption of the new HR system.
  • Ensure all project artifacts (design documents, test plans, RACI, change controls, project health metrics) are maintained to internal standards.
  • Manage vendor lifecycle activities, including RFP/RFQ processes, resourcing, performance management, and quality oversight.
  • Contribute to improving internal PMO processes and project delivery methodologies.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.
