What your day-to-day will look like?

• Serve as Senior Scrum Master for business-facing teams driving implementation of a vendor-based business management platform, with focus on back-office and operational workflow transformation.
• Partner closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to document current-state processes, identify gaps, and enable streamlined, automated future-state workflows.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (PI planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) while coaching teams with limited hands-on Agile experience to build structure, discipline, and delivery rigor.
• Act as primary liaison between internal teams and the external application vendor, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and on-time execution.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers while driving accountability, measurable delivery outcomes, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced transformation environment.

• 7+ years of demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master within Agile frameworks, with the ability to implement structure and drive disciplined execution as well as Waterfall experience.
• Experience in banking and or financial institutions
• Hands-on background supporting workflow documentation, back-office operations, and process automation initiatives in business-focused environments.
• Proven ability to lead and mature teams with limited Agile experience, while effectively partnering with operational stakeholders beyond pure software development teams.
• Experience managing vendor-facing delivery efforts and operating successfully in high-pressure environments with strong accountability for timelines and outcomes.

Contract – 8-12 month contract with potential for extension

Location – Downtown Denver, CO

Hybrid role – 3 days a week on-site

Hourly Rate - $60-$70 an hour

Work Authorization - US Citizen or Permanent Resident Only
