Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
Role Overview- Enablement Intake process to align requests with team capacity.
- End-to-end Program Management including metrics, communications, design, development and execution.
- Create and own Enablement Quarterly Plans
. - Align with CX enablement and People enablement.
- Support the development of an enablement dashboard.
- Be comfortable with recommendations for our Tech Strategy (Highspot, Gong, Seismic, Kahoot, Asana).
- Communications Strategy - Quarterly stakeholder maps.
- Quarterly Enablement Plans - themes per quarter aligned to annual plan.
- Tech Strategy (Highspot, Gong, Seismic, Kahoot, Asana).
- Dashboard with GTMSO metrics tracking at multiple levels (L1-L4).
- Success and Sales Kick-off Planning and Measurement.
- Innovation 1/Q initiatives (e.g., Ai Deal coaching tool, Learning Award, UB course creation).
- Minimum 5 years in a global program management role
- Understand basic adult learning principles
- Flexibility and comfort working with ambiguity
- Ability to create systems and processes for the team to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and visibility
