The Senior Rev Ops Architect supports Hub Spot systems architecture across client engagements.
You will design scalable CRM structures, automation frameworks, lifecycle models, reporting systems, and governance standards that enable clean execution and long-term performance.
This role partners closely with Directors, Managers, PMs, and Analysts to design solutions, review builds, and solve complex technical challenges. Collaboration and live problem solving with the internal team are core to the role.
This position is well-suited for experienced independent consultants or contractors looking to partner with a growing Rev Ops platform.
What You’ll Own Hub Spot Systems Architecture- Design CRM data models and object structures
- Architect lifecycle stages and routing logic
- Build scalable automation frameworks
- Define system governance and documentation standards
- Design reporting and attribution frameworks
- Conduct architecture reviews prior to go-live
- Diagnose complex CRM and automation issues
- Provide clear technical direction to pod members
- Mentor Analysts and Managers on best practices
- Contribute to reusable internal system templates
- Meet regularly with pod team members to whiteboard solutions
- Partner with Directors to translate strategy into system design
- Support ongoing technical problem solving across accounts
