Wifi Test Analyst

Overview

Infosys is seeking Wifi Test Analyst
. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty;

• Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across SDLC stages including requirements elicitation, architecture definition and design.
• Create high level design artifacts and deliver high quality code deliverables for a module.
• Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

• Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Denver, CO or willing to relocate; travel to project locations may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be substituted for every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• 2 years of experience with WAN routing protocols such as BGP, Cisco Router configurations and Firewall configurations.
• Designing and implementing various wireless networks involving standards like DOCSIS.
• Troubleshoot network issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize network performance for maximum efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols, and wireless networking protocols (802.11n/ac/ax).
• Certifications such as CWNP or CCIE Wireless may be helpful.
• Creates reports and analyzes performance metrics; adheres to change management processes and procedures.

• Install, configure, and maintain wireless network equipment including access points, routers, switches, and related devices.
• Optimize existing network by adjusting radio parameters, managing neighbors, and recommending hardware solutions.
• Develop wireless network infrastructure and make recommendations for system enhancements and optimization.
• Recommend site upgrades such as down tilting of antennas and reorientation of radio.
