Summary of Position:
Reporting to the Director of ERP Systems, this position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the financial modules in our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the financial modules in the ERP system (GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management), ensuring its performance, scalability, and continuous improvement to support business operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, OR a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in managing Oracle Fusion ERP systems, with strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Security and Access Control mechanisms.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with business leaders, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) or equivalent experience preferred.

- Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP modules to ensure alignment with business needs and organizational goals.
- Oversee ERP support function. Provide troubleshooting and assistance with issue resolution to the ERP Support Manager and Support staff for finance module issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automating systems and improving efficiency using Oracle Fusion capabilities.
- Develop and deliver end‑user training programs to ensure effective use of Oracle Fusion applications, and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and IT, to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion ERP with other enterprise systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, customizations, processes, and procedures. Ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Monitor system performance, recommend and implement enhancements and optimizations, and ensure scalability to support growing business needs.
- Collaborate with the project team on implementing new Oracle offerings. Focus on ensuring modules of focus are configured according to business requirements.
- Work with the Business Systems Security Administrator to ensure roles required for business and admin functions are provisioned appropriately.
- Collaborate with internal and external BI reporting teams to ensure reports are available to business users to drive informed decisions and ease of research.
- Stay informed of Oracle Quarterly updates and features that can be enabled to improve processes and identify any changes that may negatively impact current operations.

$160,000/YR - $210,000/YR
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
