Senior User Experience Designer

We're Ringy, a software company revolutionizing the way businesses manage customer relationships. Our CRM platform helps sales and marketing teams streamline their workflows, improve client communication, and gain actionable insights.

We're now looking for a talented UX designer to help us take our platform to the next level with clean, intuitive, and delightful user experiences. Please note that this job is 100% on-site. • Collaborate with the product manager, developers, and other stakeholders to design and iterate on the CRM interface and features
• Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly, elegant UI solutions
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visuals for both web and mobile applications
• Maintain and evolve our design system and visual style guide
• Advocate for the user in all phases of product development

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, ideally with SaaS or enterprise software
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus:
