Application Support Engineer

We're looking for someone who can work independently, learn our business processes quickly, and take a proactive, hands-on approach to solving complex application and data issues. The contractor should be strong in systems analysis and troubleshooting, with experience using Azure Application Insights (or comparable monitoring tools) and Redgate SQL tools. They should also be able to design and implement plans/processes that reduce downtime and help manage system/server load during peak usage or incident conditions.

• Microsoft Web Forms
• C#
• ORM:
  Entity Framework and/or Dapper
• Angular (components & Type Script)

• Transact-SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, functions)
• Query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience working with large datasets
• Change Data Capture (CDC)

• Agile / Scrum (participate in all ceremonies)
• Contribute to user story creation, refinement, and sprint planning
• CI/CD with Azure Dev Ops (Gitflow branching, pull requests)
