• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

• At least 7 years of Techno-functional experience on Amdocs Order Management/CRM/ASMS fulfillment stack and well versed with E2E Service Fulfilment/Assurance Process knowledge.
• At least 5 years of In-depth hands-on knowledge of Amdocs Components like Orchestration, Service Fulfilment, SNRM, USM & BAM and Amdocs Foundation components like APM, AIF, ASC etc.
• At least 5 years of experience in Solution designing and exposure in handling Non Functional Requirements.
• Experience in supporting E2E Architects in Product & Service Modelling in Amdocs Service Catalogue.
• Experience in solution design by creating High level & Low Level Solution across Amdocs components and guide the implementation & Testing team.
• Amdocs specific tools and components:
  Order Delivery Orchestrator (ODO), Amdocs Network Navigator (ANN), Service Fulfilment Orchestrator (SFO), Service Order Manager (SOM), Unified Service Manager (USM), ARM (Amdocs Resource Manager).
• Experience in cross component Interfacing decisions. Conducting Design workshops and Solution walkthroughs with all the customer stake holders. Lead a Team of Solution designers across various program.
• Analytical and Communication skills.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
