We help Wireless and Wireline service providers modernize their Technology solutions - B/OSS and Network – to develop new services, improve customer experience, reduce the cost of running their business, increase revenue and strengthen their competitive position.

Required qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in related technology field (Telecom Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
• At least 7 years of experience around Telecom B/OSS and Network infrastructure, Network Data management
• At least 2 years of experience in delivering Telecom Technology evolution projects
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Experience managing a Telecom technology strategy project or workstream and project-based team members
• Deep Technical and Business knowledge on Autonomous Networks, 5G, HFC, CAMARA, ODA
• Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
• A willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior consulting industry experience
• TMForum Certification(s)
• Deep understanding of Network data space

• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities on Telco Technology domain and possess strong business acumen. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge and working models.
• Lead and deliver Telecom B/OSS, MVNO stack and Network (such as, 5G, HFC) strategy, modernization, and execution projects or work streams.
• Engagement delivery: roles vary by engagement, including techno-functional analysis, data analysis, solution and technology strategy design, and end-to-end implementation management. As a Manager, expect significant people leadership responsibilities and interaction with senior client teams.
• Solution development: contribute to multiple approaches to solutions addressing client needs, including research, prototype design in Autonomous Networks, B/OSS Transformation, MVNO launch, CAMARA APIs. Define solution purpose and benefits with senior team input and architect analytics solutions.
• Business development: develop long-term trusted advisor relationships, work on proposals, and support thought leadership in Telco B/OSS and Networks.
• Consistently deliver quality client services; monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Solution Architect in CAMARA APIs, Autonomous Networks for 5G and/or HFC.
• Good knowledge and exposure on Network Core, Access and Transport stacks along with TMForum ODA, API Frameworks, MVNO stacks.
• Provide insights on leading players to help strategize and form industry alliances.

On engagements, work with key stakeholders to understand needs and advise on technology system capabilities. Drive requirement gathering, architect solutions, define business cases, blueprint approaches, and develop deliverables. Liaise with client stakeholders and EY senior members to refine and approve deliverables.
