Product Support Engineer

• Linux System Administration (experience and/or certification) 2-3 years.
• Web Services: video delivery pipeline feeding a big web service.
• Log Management : e.g. Splunk, logstash, Elastic Search, Kibana, log.io (We use Splunk and Op5).
• Administrative experience of Web Services, e.g. Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, jboss (We use Apache & Nginx).
• Scripting language development, e.g. Ruby, Python, Bash, Perl (We use Python and Bash).
• Configuration Management: e.g. Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt, Docker, Vagrant (We use Puppet with Docker, Kubernetes a plus)
• Dev Ops:
  Agile, including Scrum and Kanban
• Networking knowledge especially server side networking is a plus with conceptual knowledge of Load Balancing, e.g. HAProxy, IPVS (We use both)
• Version control Git, SVN (We use git and github).
• 24/7 deploy and support experience.
