• As a Senior Architect at Credera, you will design, estimate, and execute technology implementation projects for clients. You will recommend suitable technological approaches, team structures, and skill sets to capture and synthesize client requirements. You will also mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and high performance.
• Support practice and company development through leading research and development initiatives, peer training, and creating reusable software development accelerators. Your work will be outcome-focused, informing, refining, and executing a client’s vision.
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of technology implementation projects by applying Credera’s best practices and industry standards. Lead one or more teams of technologists, providing leadership, mentoring, and development to drive success.
• On certain projects, lead the design and build of advanced solutions involving agentic AI workflows, ML-powered decision engines, and custom chatbots. Address data challenges to drive business value, through traditional analytics or data preparation for AI/ML models.

• You are an experienced, hands-on software architect with at least 8 years in industry or technology consulting.
• You spend at least 40% of your time actively developing code.
• You stay current on the latest application development technologies and trends across all software development disciplines and processes.
• You have a deep understanding of multiple technology stacks across UX, middle tier, and database platforms.
• You are well-versed in different software development methodologies and understand their benefits and challenges.
• You have experience with one or more of the following languages:
  Java, Scala, .NET, Rust, JavaScript (React, Angular, NodeJS), Python, Ruby.
• You have experience with cloud platforms and container technologies: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures such as AWS Lambda.
• You have experience with Dev Ops and automation tools: CI/CD (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops), infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), cloud-native APIs, testing automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress), and data automation (e.g., Liquibase).
• You incorporate AI tooling efficiencies and code assistance tooling in daily workflows.
• You are accomplished at mentoring, leading, and developing others.
• You currently lead teams that develop complex, high-volume, mission-critical enterprise solutions built from the ground up with diverse technical components in highly available environments.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can engage customers at both business and technical levels.
• You can manage complex organizational dynamics to deliver client solutions.
• You drive business development and are comfortable developing business cases and justifications to grow customer relationships and satisfaction.
