Position OverviewWe are looking for a Salesforce Administrator at Zema Global. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the needs of various departments. This includes customizing Salesforce features, creating reports and dashboards, managing user permissions, and providing support and training. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the overall Salesforce user experience.
The role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices to help drive operational efficiency across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on the day-to-day operations and overall growth of our company.
Creating and maintaining business automations for internal stakeholder needs and requirements.
Documenting changes to the design and implementation of Salesforce; collaborating with the Salesforce team and partners to plan and execute changes.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes using Salesforce features such as process builder, flow, and apex code (if applicable).
Collaborates with Sales and Services stakeholders to capture business requirements related to the Salesforce platform.
Design and build custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to help teams make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to optimize system integration and meet organizational goals.
Required Qualifications Must HaveMinimum 3-5 years prior experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for proactively resolving challenges and roadblocks.
Proactive in maintaining the health of Salesforce environments and knows how to stay ahead of releases and adhere to best practices.
Experience in data or technology-driven environments is a plus.
Bonus, if exposure to other platform capabilities such as Dev Ops, Apex, or LWC’s but not required!
