Lead Consultant – Amdocs OSS​/BSS

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Consultant – Amdocs OSS / BSS. This role is based in Denver, CO, and is full‑time.

• Act as a key technical lead in solution design and implementation across Amdocs components.
• Support E2E architects in product & service modeling within the Amdocs Service Catalog.
• Lead design workshops and solution walkthroughs with customers and stakeholders.
• Guide implementation and testing teams for high‑ and low‑level solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑component interfacing decisions and deliverables.
• Manage and mentor a team of solution designers.
• Ensure adherence to non‑functional requirements and quality standards.
• Travel as required within a management‑consulting environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.

• At least 7 years of techno‑functional experience on Amdocs Order Management/CRM/ASMS fulfillment stack.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on knowledge of Amdocs components such as Orchestration, Service Fulfillment, SNRM, USM & BAM and foundation components like APM, AIF, ASC.
• Experience in solution design, including high‑ and low‑level architecture across Amdocs components.
• Experience supporting E2E architects in product & service modeling.
• Experience in solution design for Service Fulfillment Orchestrator (SFO), Service Order Manager (SOM), Unified Service Manager (USM), ARM, Amdocs Network Navigator (ANN) and Order Delivery Orchestrator (ODO).
• Experience in cross‑component interfacing decisions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Project management experience.
• Desire to work in a consulting environment requiring regular travel.
