    Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field (advanced certifications preferred).

    Advanced proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD; strong prototyping skills using InVision, Principle, or Framer.
  • Technical Knowledge
    :
    Solid understanding of front-end development practices for effective collaboration with developers; familiarity with user testing tools (e.g., User Testing, Hotjar, Maze) and analytics platforms.
  • Accessibility & Inclusivity
    :
    Deep knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Leadership & Communication
    :
    Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams; excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

    Ability to align UX goals with business objectives; highly collaborative across product, engineering, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Product Design will lead the design of our comprehensive compliance application suite, driving intuitive, user-centered experiences s role combines strategic design leadership, governance, and hands-on creation of exceptional interfaces. The individual will oversee large-scale, high-impact projects, ensuring consistency across platforms while mentoring and managing UI/UX designers to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Responsibilities include championing user experience principles, conducting in-depth user research, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform design decisions.

The Senior Manager will develop high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems, ensuring adherence to accessibility standards and best practices. Acting as a key contributor to product strategy and innovation, this leader will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and other stakeholders, present design concepts to executives, and maintain rigorous quality assurance through design reviews. Staying current on emerging trends and technologies, the Senior Manager will promote continuous improvement and ensure design excellence across all products.
