We are seeking a QA Tester to complement our team of manual and automated testers. The role is primarily manual at first as our automated team builds the test suite, with opportunities to grow into automation using our low-code record-and-play tool, Mabl. You will report to our QA Team Lead and work under the Product umbrella, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to maintain product quality.
CoreResponsibilities
- Conduct manual testing to ensure products and features perform according to user requirements and established guidelines
- Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Become a product expert and contribute to surfacing potential issues before they occur as part of the product development process
- Continuously improve the testing process and suggest enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness
- Create end-to-end (E2E) tests using our record-and-play automation platform, Mabl
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand user stories and acceptance criteria
- Communicate results of test runs clearly to Product and Engineering teams
- Collaborate with the Client Success team to log and reproduce user-reported bugs
- Work Experience: 2+ years as a QA Tester (preferably in SaaS/software) and 1+ year experience with a record-and-play automation tool, preferably Mabl

- Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Familiarity with the Internet, SaaS, browsers and devices; interest in code level with automation tool
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-moving, growing company and open to new ideas
- Tenacity: Strong resilience and teamwork; willing to push through challenges
- Bonus: Understanding of Agile methodologies, developer courses or certificates

Application & SalarySalary Info: $60,000-$75,000
