Location: Denver

Reporting To: Technology Manager

Salary: $19 - $23 per hour

• Maintain and troubleshoot racing simulators, AV equipment, and other venue systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues quickly, escalating to the Technology Manager or external engineers as needed.
• Support general facility tasks: inspections, touch‑up painting, cleanliness standards, and reporting maintenance needs.
• Assist in setup, testing, and monitoring of systems in coordination with the Technology Manager and external partners.
• Log incidents, maintenance activity, and repairs.
• Help train and support team members on simulator use and basic cairo troubleshooting.
• Assist in event setup and support audio/visualmort requests as needed.
• Monitor stock and track equipment usage; report low supplies to the Technology Manager.
• Conduct routine checks and audits of system functionality.

• 1–2 years of hands‑on technical support in a customer‑facing, fast‑paced environment (hospitality, events, entertainment, or leisure).
• Experience with AV systems, simulators, or interactive technology.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a busy venue.

Team members must be able to sit for short periods, talk via video and phone, hear and manipulate objects; lift up to 50 pounds, twist, reach, stand and walk for extended periods, perform frequent hand washing and sanitation, and occasionally use knives and food preparation equipment. Work can be in hot and cold environments.
