What You’ll Do:- Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered applications and tools that simplify workflows and enhance productivity for both internal teams and clients.
- Translate complex business requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate functionality and user flow.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering insights to validate design decisions and optimize experiences.
- Partner closely with developers, analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Identify pain points and opportunities for innovation, proposing design solutions that improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
- Iterate rapidly, incorporating feedback from users, stakeholders, and performance metrics to continuously refine and elevate the experience.
- Contribute to a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and visual excellence across all products and platforms.
- Monitor post-launch performance and user feedback to inform updates and future iterations, ensuring solutions remain impactful and relevant. What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in large-scale tech or telecom environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and creativity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HAGEMENT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability to translate insights into actionable designs.
- Make a real impact on millions of customers’ experiences.
- Collaborate with innovative, cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Work on both internal and client-facing applications bandwidth and overall experience.
