Assistant Technology & Facilities Manager – Denver

Position Overview

The Assistant Technology and Facilities Manager plays a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting simulators, technology systems, and venue infrastructure to ensure a seamless guest experience. Reporting to the Technology & Facilities Manager, this role provides hands‑on support for technical challenges, assists in managing vendor partnerships, and helps oversee the facilities team to maintain a high‑functioning venue environment. Working closely with internal teams, the role ensures reliability, safety, and efficiency of all technology and facility operations.

Areas of Responsibility
  • Assist in maintaining simulators and technology systems by performing routine checks, troubleshooting issues, and escalating concerns.
  • Support coordination with technology partners to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Maintain venue infrastructure, ensuring lighting, HVAC, and general maintenance needs are met for a safe environment.
  • Provide timely updates on technical and facility status, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Help facilitate training sessions for team members on technology systems and facility operations.
  • Monitor stock levels, track equipment usage, and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Conduct regular checks for the integrity and reliability of systems, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with team scheduling, performance tracking, and development opportunities.
Skills Required
  • At least one year of experience in a managerial technical support or maintenance role in a guest‑facing environment.
  • Ability to manage technology and facility operations in a fast‑paced live venue setting.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with willingness to support senior team members.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Consistently demonstrates F1 Arcade core values.
Physical Requirements

Team members must be able to perform the duties of the venue, including frequent sitting, talking via video conferencing, manipulating objects, and lifting up to 50 pounds. They must stand, walk, and work in hot/cold environments for extended periods and handle food preparation equipment. Frequent hand washing and sanitation is required.
