Data Analyst

Our client, a global leader in financial services, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst consultant to join their team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to support a large-scale data consolidation and reconciliation initiative within a highly institutional, private capital-focused organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on enterprise-wide data initiatives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Must be located in the Denver metro area

• Consolidate data from multiple systems into a centralized repository.
• Validate, cleanse, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide support.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Document processes and prepare summaries for stakeholders.
• Support data migration and system integration efforts.
• Assist with ad-hoc data and transformation projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or similar).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation techniques.
• Exposure to data analysis, reconciliation, or data migration processes (academic or professional experience acceptable).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in financial services, private capital, or enterprise data initiatives preferred.
