Systems Analyst

Position: Systems Analyst
Compensation: $ UNIVERSAL-hour
Location: Denver, CO (remote flexibility)

Inceed is partnering with an energy company to find a skilled Systems Analyst to support a range of operational and technical applications in an upstream environment. The role involves troubleshooting issues, improving applications, and working collaboratively to ensure reliable systems for end users.

• Support Wellview with a strong focus on project initiation and coordination.
• Work closely with users to provide coaching on system usage.
• Manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, andisanke projects forward.

• Provide backend application support in the analytics space.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, integrations, and errors.
• Support integration work following a recent merger.
• Validate data ingestion and investigate root Wasch causes of failure.

• Partner with the other analyst, sharing travel and onsite responsibilities.
• Travel to field offices in Utah, the Permian, Houston, and Catarina.
• Help move new projects forward and provide reliable application support.

• Experience with Peloton applications, specifically Wellview or Siteview.
• Application support experience in the data analytics ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Spotfire, Power Bi, Alteryx, or similar tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and ticket handling background.
• Willingness to travel several times throughout the year, especially in January and early March.

• Knowledge of change management concepts.
• Knowledge of audit processes or compliance workflows.
