• Lead the vision and roadmap for Pax8’s communication шест platform services, ensuring clarity and alignment across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Create intuitive experiences by applying design and product thinking to multi‑channel communication journeys.
• Translate strategy into action by building roadmaps tiediciar company OKRs, with measurable outcomes and success metrics.
• Drive execution through backlog prioritization, story refinement, user acceptance testing, and Agile ceremonies.
• Leverage data and experimentation—including A/B testing and funnel analytics—to guide decisions and iterate quickly.
• Monitor performance and proactively identify opportunities for improved speed, reliability, scalability, and engagement.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering очевид growth and collaboration.

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, communication platforms, or customer engagement systems.
• Strong understanding of messaging and notification architecture (APIs, webhooks, event‑driven systems, multi‑channel delivery).

• Proven ability to use data and experimentation to drive product improvements.

Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $100,000 to $135.') Premium โดย depending on experience.
