Rocket Communications is an enterprise UX Design company focused on designing mission‑critical applications and systems. We are seeking a senior designer who holds Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and who balances creativity with analytical skills to solve complex space‑app user experience challenges.

This is an onsite role in Centennial, CO or Aurora, CO.

Due to our work with the government, we require a designer with Top Secret clearance & SCI eligibility.

• You have 5+ years of UX design experience and a four‑year degree, or equivalent experience.
• You can implement an end‑to‑end UX process in a government‑program environment.
• You have experience designing complex applications.
• You can produce complex designs in Figma that meet established design‑system and specification guidelines.
• You have experience working with DoD, Intel, and/or space applications.
• You can communicate design decisions clearly and deliver design specs understood by developers.
• You have a portfolio or case‑study examples of your work and can discuss your design process during the interview.
• You can build good relationships with clients and colleagues.
• You live in the Denver area and are willing to work onsite daily in Centennial or Aurora, CO.
• You hold a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr.
