Position Summary:

Join our dynamic Walmart/VIZIO Team as a Senior Systems and Infrastructure Engineer! This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in cloud technologies, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platform. • Manage and review key SRE metrics
• Handle on-call responsibilities and incident response
• Build and maintain large-scale systems in a cloud environment
• Design and implement complex AWS solutions
• Automate repetitive tasks using tools like Chef or Puppet
• Ensure security policies are applied during code development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide site reliability

• 4+ years of proficiency in AWS, Azure or GCP.
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation
• Expertise in monitoring tools like New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins or Argo
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Option 1:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 3 years’ experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization-related technologies.

Option 2: 5 years’ experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization-related technologies.

Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 1 year of relevant experience in configuration management, developing automation for provisioning and orchestration, experience developing and managing service-level objectives (SLOs)/service level indicators (SLIs) for Infrastructure Service availability and performance. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
