Pay Range: $35 - $40 per hour on W2
We are looking for an accomplished Program Manager to lead the development of a new content governance program for the Experience League platform. This strategic role involves building scalable governance frameworks, implementing new workflows, and creating resources for content authors to enhance the learning experience for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will work in a contract position for 12 months, closely collaborating with key internal teams, including Product Management, Data & Analytics, and Content Authoring groups, to drive adoption and ensure content excellence across the platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement scalable governance frameworks and new workflows for content authors.
- Create internal resources and enablement programs for consistent, high-quality content delivery.
- Drive adoption of governance practices through training, onboarding, and leadership in governance committee meetings.
- Apply industry best practices for content governance, enhancing GEO & SEO discoverability and digital content strategies.
- Utilize data insights to refine authoring guidelines, ensuring content effectiveness and discoverability.
- Proven experience in program management and operationalizing scalable processes.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in content strategy, governance, and digital marketing.
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Workfront, JIRA) and familiarity with content analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is a plus).
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or content-focused role within the tech industry, preferably with a focus on learning platforms or customer education/content governance.
