Email Marketing Specialist

Compensation Range: $40 - 43 per hour

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing & Automation Strategist to act as a key architect of our digital communications. In this role, you won't just send emails—you will design and deploy sophisticated campaigns that promote our products, services, and industry‑leading thought leadership to a global audience.

You will join a high‑energy team of ambitious professionals dedicated to reinventing how we support our business partners. By partnering with our marketing teams, you will optimize our automated workflows and platform usage, ensuring that our data‑driven insights lead to measurable growth and a stronger brand presence.

Candidates must be willing to go onsite Tuesday-Thursday in Denver, CO.

• Collaborate with internal business groups and marketing partners to improve the user experience, reporting and distribution.
• Analyze and make recommendation to optimize the use of technology resources.
• Identify trends/issues and performance gaps.
• Assist with team projects.
• Create documentation for business and system requirements for assigned focus area.
• Develop thorough knowledge of platforms, tools and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing, communications or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• One to three years of experience with email marketing technology platforms and software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Financial services experience (Retirement, Employee Benefits, Life Insurance, Investments).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
