We are seeking a dynamic UX Strategist to join our team and bridge strategic content planning with hands‑on implementation. You will collaborate with Product Strategists, UX Designers, Business Analysts, and clients to align content with user experience goals, ensuring clarity and project success from start to finish.

Role Description

As a UX Strategist reporting to the Sr. Manager of Content Strategy, you will collect and compile detailed project requirements and contribute to solution design. You’ll streamline design‑to‑development handoffs, ensure content aligns seamlessly with strategic goals, and deliver comprehensive training and documentation post‑launch. Your efforts will foster project clarity, efficiency, and long‑term client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define UX Content Strategy during discovery and definition phases, gathering high‑level business and user requirements through strategic workshops.
  • Define and document the project’s information architecture – content types, taxonomies, and sitemaps – to support user experience, content clarity, and scalability.
  • Produce low‑fidelity wireframes, content outlines, or other documentation to align client and internal teams on page‑level strategy and preliminary functional requirements.
  • Conduct content audits and recommend improvements in structure, consistency, and UX alignment.
  • Ensure design intentions are preserved during development by documenting and communicating functionality to the development team.
  • Assist clients with content preparation and organization, support new content production, and oversee content migrations.
  • Educate and support clients on managing digital platforms and integrate feedback into continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years in a content strategy, content management, or similar content‑focused role.
  • Agency experience strongly desired, including balancing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Hands‑on experience managing content within a CMS (preferred Word Press, AEM, or other platforms).
  • Proven track record communicating directly and regularly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with or experience working closely with UX designers, developers, or cross‑functional digital teams.
