: $105,000 - $130,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support our federal clients Information Management division. • Develop and manage project plans using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), task dependencies, schedules, and critical paths. Coordinate with team members to define tasks, estimate timelines, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead projects with agile methodology, facilitating sprint meetings and creating roadmaps, project plans, and product backlogs. Work with Product Owner to gather requirements, develop user stories, and establish acceptance criteria.
• Conduct requirements gathering and documentation for projects. Lead workshops and prototyping sessions, ensuring documentation aligns with project management methodology.
• Perform systems analysis and create design options for new applications, enhancements, and integrations. Assist with data models, interface mapping, and systems testing, as needed.

• 5 years of work experience leading Agile development teams. Previous experience in system design, testing, and integration.
• PMP certification
• Proficiency with MS Project.
