Design intuitive and accessible interfaces for healthcare providers and patients.

About This Role

As a UX / UI Designer at MiiQC, you'll create intuitive and accessible interfaces that help healthcare providers and patients navigate complex healthcare workflows with ease. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and healthcare experts to understand user needs and translate them into beautiful, functional designs. Your work will directly impact how healthcare providers deliver care and how patients engage with their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement designs
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across products
  • Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and accessibility standards
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in UX / UI design, preferably for web and mobile applications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Experience with creating interactive prototypes and conducting usability testing
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
